Shipping Policy

We are a B2B wholesale supplier of tumblers and drinkware.

1. Processing Time
Stock orders: 3–7 working days for preparation.
Custom logo / sublimation orders: 7–15 working days for production, depending on quantity.
We will send tracking number once shipment is arranged.

2. Shipping Countries
We ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and other approved countries.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for customs clearance delays, seizure or extra charges caused by buyer’s local customs rules.

4. Delivery Time
Estimated transit time: 7–20 business days, depends on shipping method and destination. Delays may happen due to customs, weather or carrier issues.

5. Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will assist you to file investigation with the logistics provider.
